We, individually and collectively are the friends and associates we keep. The friends/associates otherwise known as relationships defines who we are and become. We experience relationships the duration of our lives, some are detrimental while others are constructive. FCBC wants to provide an environment conducive for constructive relationships to be created and and nurtured. Relationships can be defined as an emotional or other affinity, association, connection, consanguinity, involvement, obligation, or tie between people. The relationship God allows us to have with Him embodies what we desire here, an environment where we can grow!

Although this site is designed for Christians, it's here as a beacon of light for a dark world. According to Mark 16:15 we are to go into all the world and preach the Gospel or Good News to all of creation. I would like to offer an alternate translation; the Bibles calls us "Ambassadors for Christ", "the salt of the world" and eludes to several other symbolic descriptions as to who we are supposed to be in our natural lives. The person individuals see on a daily basis maybe the only preaching of the Good News non-believers ever see. The way we allow God to govern our lives when we loose jobs, experience heartbreak, loose loved ones, recover from addictions, or other forms of bouncing back from hitting rock bottom, may be all of the "Jesus experience" they see. Therefore it is imperative that non-believers can see how "real" Christians respond to life. All are welcome here, I share the belief of my Savior, that all men would be saved, so all are welcome. God bless you and help encourage someone else. Remember, Jesus did not wait until we were "right" to die for us, He did it while we were still sinners, in our "mess".
